Prints submitted before 8 AM will be available after 10 AM
Prints submitted after 8 AM will be available after 3 PM.
If you come in early for your prints, you may be charged an additional processing fee.
Please save your file as a pdf before you submit. Also, make sure you have outlined your fonts, embedded your images and converted your colors to CMYK.
Please do not upload anything but a pdf or a jpg. InDesign files, Illustrator files and Photoshop files will not be printed. We will try our best to notify you if your file type is incorrect.
If you have a question about something that is printing, please don’t wait until the 3rd or 4th time to mention it. Please ask, as we want you to be happy with your prints. It could be a printer glitch as opposed to a design glitch.
If you require a special pick up time, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org that you do, as we don’t necessarily see comments in the upload form and be aware the additional $3 fee will apply.
DO NOT email your files. The upload allows for large file sizes. Our mailboxes do not and they will bounce back without having been seen on our end.
If we have questions, communication will be through e-mail (so use the e-mail you actually check in the upload form!), so as not to disturb you in class. We promise not to send anything but project communication to you.
